Joint Housing Land Availability Studies
From March 2020, the requirement in Planning Policy Wales for local planning authorities to provide a five-year supply of land for housing was removed and consequently TAN 1 was revoked in its entirety.
This will be replaced by the monitoring of housing delivery based on the LDP housing trajectory, to be reported through the LDP’s Annual Monitoring Report (AMR).
