Thanks to the Welsh Government's Green Recovery Grant and the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, Ceredigion County Council have been able to create a safe access footpath from Talybont towards Taliesin.

Thanks to the help and co-operation of local landowners and the Ceulanmaesmawr and Llancynfelin Community Councils, the route provides a safe path alongside the busy A487, allowing users to avoid the road entirely.

The project delivers on Talybont's Community Access Plans (identified through our 'Have Your Say' questionnaire which can be found here - Coast & Countryside - Ceredigion County Council, which improves and encourages rural active travel opportunities.
